Shipping Costs

Standard flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 (including GST) applies on all orders.

Shipping Times

We aim to process all orders within Three (3) business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Tracking Number.

Please allow up to Fourteen (14) days for delivery of your items.

Please also be aware that shipping times are a guide and may be longer due to delays and during busier periods, for example Christmas.

Shipping Address Changes

Unfortunately, once your order is processed we cannot change your shipping address so please ensure this is correct at the time of purchase.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you suspect your parcel is lost or goes missing while in Transit, please contact us immediately through our 'Contact Us' webpage. We will contact our supplier to investigate the issue and we will work out the best solution for you.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will replace the items free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us within Seven (7) days of receiving the item and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
